The French Quarter is an old district of New Orleans, most of the buildings in this part of the city were created in the end of the 18th century. The Jackson Square located in the centre of the Quarter is the place where mimes, fortune tellers, painters and street performers traditionally gather.
There are a lot of hotels, restaurants and bars in the Quarter.
