The Øresund Aquarium is located in Helsingør, in 36 kilometers to the north from Copenhagen. Fish and other Øresund channel inhabitants live in the aquarium. Also there are open "sensory" aquariums with crabs, mussels, actinia, flatfish and sea stars, thematic aquariums with jelly-fish and shellfish and the aquarium in which the underwater life in the channel of different levels in recreated.
Every hour from 11:00 until 15:00 the demonstrative feeding begins. For children under 3 admission is free. There is a small souvenir shop at the aquarium.

At the entrance there is a cash desk, a souvenir shop and a sensory aquarium where visitors can touch sea stars, crabs, sea anemones, etc. Then there are two more rooms with thematic aquariums. Employees of the aquarium are happy to answer questions from visitors.
